I teach a unique style of yoga - "Mindful Yoga". It reflects my own daily practice that helps me heal and strengthen my body, maintain flexibility, stay energised, manage stress and evolve as a human being.
The magic of mindful yoga
Mindful Yoga is magic! So what is it? It’s a blend of hatha yoga flow movements and yin yoga postures, synchronised with the breath to quieten the busy mind. My classes are purposefully slow, integrating mantras and meditations, ending with healing, deep relaxation. Mindful Yoga brings you into the present moment and helps you become calm, peaceful and rested.
Each week I introduce a different theme and include poetry, readings and mantras, inspired by ancient wisdom and modern insights. It takes yoga beyond physical exercise to the very heart of your being.

I also teach Private Yoga Lessons, in your home or my home studio. Lessons are designed especially for you. Ideal if you have health conditions such as back pain, mobility issues, wish to learn to relax deeply, reduce stress or you’re not a “group classes” type of person. A private class is also a great personal treat or a gift for someone special.
Yoga is life changing
Yoga has changed my life and I am a totally different person from the stressed out corporate marketer of several years ago. Following yoga teacher training, initially with the British Wheel of Yoga and then through Whitespace Yoga Studio with whom I qualified as a Yoga Alliance accredited teacher, I left corporate life in 2014 to teach yoga full-time, sharing what I have learned and continue to learn about this amazing practice.
Style and level of classes I teach
All classes are suitable for beginners (level 1) and those with experience (level 2).
