I get it, I’ve been there
Coming from a background of intense, high pressure event management roles, I get it, I’ve been there when you’re being pulled in all different directions, I want to help you find the balance in your life. I discovered yoga at a time in my life when I needed to slow down - I didn’t know that at the time but the constant feeling of needing to do more, work more, exercise more, feeling frazzled was grinding me down and I found yoga was a breath of fresh air where I could still work my body physically but also had the amazing benefits of making me feel good every time I left the class.
What to expect in classses
My classes have developed over the years to include a mix of all my favourite styles and practices to enable students to feel relaxed, content, energised, recharged and focused. Weekly yoga and meditation classes give you the opportunity to keep topping yourself up with the amazing benefits yoga has to offer. I also offer monthly sessions which focus on aspects of the practice, for example my monthly Rest & Recharge does exactly that, its the perfect time to take some time just for you.
I feel deeply connected to living the best life I can—anything is possible—and I want to offer you the opportunity to incorporate and practice these tools for transformation and freedom in your life.
Style & level of classes I teach
I offer yoga to energise, challenge and build strength in your body - its a whole body and mind practice including working with your breath, calming your mind and most importantly plenty of time to rest. There are specific classes if you are brand new to yoga, but all my classes are open to all.
