About Me
HOW IT ALL STARTED
I first fell in love with sound and gong baths when I was living in Shanghai, China years ago.
I have always loved to experience and learn about holistic therapies and natural healing, and I started attending sound and gong baths as a way to relax, de-stress and energise myself.
I decided pretty quickly that I wanted to learn more about sound therapy and how sound can be used to improve wellbeing and health.
Experience and qualifications
I am now an experienced and qualified group sound therapist with a professional diploma in Group Sound Bath Relaxation Therapy from the British Academy of Sound Therapy (BAST).
I am fully insured, a member of the International Therapeutic Sound Association (ITSA), and have been running sound and gong bath sessions since 2018.
feel the natural high
I love being part of my clients’ journeys to relaxation, meditation and healing and I especially like to hear about the things people experience during or after a sound and gong bath session.
As you lie back and relax to the sound of the singing bowls and gong, you’ll slide into a deeply relaxed and meditative state, an altered state of consciousness that can lead to the deepest relaxation you can experience naturally.
It’s common to lose sense of time and space, experience vivid visuals or dreams, see colours alongside the sounds, or feel tingles up and down the body. You usually leave a session feeling energised, calm, de-stressed and clear-minded, and often enjoy a great quality night’s sleep.
I truly believe sound and gong baths can support all of us with our health and wellbeing goals, and I’d encourage everyone to give it a go and see how you feel.
