I have been practicing yoga in Rugby since 2005 with several styles including Sivananda, Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga Vinyasa flow. I originally took up yoga for the health benefits, but soon realised that yoga is more than just a physical experience. It has helped me in many ways with my physical, mental and spiritual well being, and I soon embraced yoga for what it is a holistic health system.

I wanted to share this wonderful system with other people, especially men whom I felt needed yoga in their lives. So I decided in 2011 with encouragement from my teachers to start a teacher training diploma course with the British Wheel of Yoga run by Paul Fox BWY Dip.

I believe that Yoga can help with everyday problems caused by 21st century life including sitting in front of a computer, television or car.

I specialise in Yoga for men, Yoga for backs and 1-1’s, as well as general classes. I have full insurance, as well as a full DBS check
