About Me
I am a western Medical Herbalist and have a BSc (Hons) in Phytotherapy from the University of Wales, I have been in practice since 1995. I am interested in all aspects of ill health and provide an individual, holistic approach to my clients. I am currently interested in the effects and management of long Covid.
I grow a lot of my own herbs, which will be expanded over the coming year and make a lot of my own tinctures, creams, capsules, pessaries etc. I love challenging conditions and get immense satisfaction from seeing improvement in my clients.
I also have an MSc (distinction) in advanced clinical practice from the University of Derby and also work as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner in a GP out of hour’s service working in a variety of setting including Urgent Treatment Centres and urgent home visits. I have a background in general nursing, midwifery and specialist health visiting.
